I’m Dr. Sarah - a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® - and I help people who want to stay active, capable, and confident in their bodies as they move through their 30s, 40s, and beyond.

People who:

  • Were or ARE active and don’t want to lose that part of themselves

  • Feel the wear and tear from years of sports, training, or life

  • Want to age well, move easily, and feel strong for the long run

What I’ve learned over the years is this:

Most people don’t need more intensity - they need better understanding, smarter movement, and consistency. You see part of that on my YouTube through short, follow-along mobility and stretching routines.
