We train the skills that carry across every sport and every stage of life: speed, coordination, agility, spatial awareness, fast decision-making.

Troy Hall is a former Team USA Athlete - a National Champion, International / Professional Athlete who represented the United States in both Sevens and 15s between 2008-2015. He's now the Director of Rugby and D1 Head Coach at Clemson University, where he's built one of the most competitive Top 10 programs in the country.

He's spent his career developing athletes - not just rugby players. His approach is built around competition. Your kid won't be standing in a line. They'll be working, moving, and loving every second of it!

Troy, originally from New Zealand, is a Dad of 3 (Celeste, Wesley and Phoebe) and has been based in Clemson, SC since 2020. Troy’s wife, Dr. Sarah Hall, is a performance consultant for the Rugby Team - using her background in Physical Therapy and Nutrition to help the Athletes thrive.
